Although there is no expiration date on orders, we respectively ask that you send in your panels within 30 days of purchase.  Please note our Holiday 2022 deadlines: Valentines day - January 28th, Mother's day - April 22nd, May Graduation - April22nd, June graduation - May 14th, Father's Day - June 3rd, Christmas - August 31st.  Thank You.  

Our normal turnaround time is 3 to 4 weeks from the day we check-in your panels.

Shipping completed blankets to our customers is always free!

We ship completed blankets to you via USPS, FedEx or UPS.

Please note that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there may be delays when shipping your panels to us as well as shipping your completed blanket back to you.  We are not responsible for panels lost by a carrier on the way to us.  In the extremely rare instance that a completed blanket is lost by a carrier, we will reimburse the customer the cost of the blanket paid to us at Joyaltee.  In the event of a shipping issue, please contact us immediately. info@joyaltee.com. We have access to business representatives not available to the public.  These representatives are excellent at resolving missing packages issues. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their panels to us.  We do offer a hassle free option for $25 where we will send you a pre-paid FedEx label, a shipping bag and a copy of your packing slip (please do not select tis option if you would like for the holidays).
